Refund and Return Policy


If you have a problem with the product you ordered please complete the contact us page or simply email within 14 business days of receiving the product. If possible, include a contact phone number so we can speed up the process. We are here to assist in coming to a fair solution and will evaluate your return request promptly.


Refund or replacements are granted only when the product has been received by us in acceptable condition (we advise re-using the padding provided or a substitute). Please note that you will need to organise shipping and incur its associated costs, only if the return is the result of a change of mind.


If Suve has supplied you with the wrong product please email us as soon as you can.  We will promptly send you the correct product or credit you with a refund once we receive the returned product.  Shipping costs incurred by you will also be refunded or credited towards your new purchase.  If you think the product has been damaged then notify us promptly.  We do not send damaged goods, so the decision to exchange a product will be at our sole discretion. 




Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries.  It is not possible to keep informed on each country's regulations and their updates.  Any confiscation of goods is not our responsibility.  In the event of this happening, refunds will not be issued. However, it is anticipated that this will be a very rare event, especially if a customer places an order with full awareness of their country's particular regulations.


Australia Post is a very reliable service and it is anticipated the likelihood of loss of parcel would be very low.  If you prefer to have some extra peace of mind, then consider International Express which includes full insurance or Standard International with extra cover.
